Society for Translational Medicine (STM), publishes articles that describe new findings in the field oftranslational research in gland surgery, provides current and practicalinformation on diagnosis, prevention and clinical investigations of glandsurgery. Specific areas of interest include, but not limited to, multimodalitytherapy, biomarkers, imaging, biology, pathology, and technical advances relatedto gland disease (breast, thyroid, digestive gland, et al.). Contributionspertinent to gland surgery are also included from related fields such asnutrition, public health, human genetics, basic sciences, education, sociology,and nursing. The aim of the Journal is to provide a forum for the disseminationof original research articles as well as review articles in all areas relatedto gland disease. It is an international, peer-reviewed journal with a focus oncutting-edge findings in this rapidly changing field, while providing practicalup-to-date information on diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of glanddisease. The journal features a distinguished editorial board, which bringstogether a team of highly experienced specialists in gland disease treatmentand research.
